Access to Care
Support for behavioral health, substance use services, court-mandated referrals, and sliding-scale access when resources allow.
Philanthropic support helps Community Reunification Project expand practical, compassionate pathways to behavioral health care, recovery, reentry, stability, and opportunity.
Founded in San Diego in 2020, CRP was created with a clear belief: people deserve more than a referral list when they are working to heal, rebuild family relationships, recover from substance use, return from incarceration, or move toward stable housing.
CRP brings behavioral health services, substance use treatment, reentry support, Enhanced Care Management, Community Supports, Community Health Worker services, housing-resource connections, practical classes, and supervised learning opportunities into one community-based network.
Our approach is grounded in dignity, accountability, cultural responsiveness, recovery, and second chances.
