Reentry services

Returning home should come with a pathway forward.

Reentry can bring immediate questions about housing, identification, benefits, employment, transportation, healthcare, recovery, family relationships, and the expectations of supervision. CRP helps returning citizens organize priorities and connect with practical community support.

Our approach combines respect, accountability, encouragement, and individualized planning without overwhelming participants with another complicated system.

Support may include

  • Individualized reentry assessment and care planning
  • Identification, benefits, and document assistance
  • Employment, education, and training connections
  • Housing-resource navigation
  • Behavioral health and recovery referrals
  • Mentoring, peer support, and life skills
  • Family reunification and community connections
  • Coordination with supervision and referral partners, when authorized
Just released or preparing to return? You do not need to know exactly which service to request. Start with a reentry information request and CRP will help identify the next appropriate step.
